This company preys on people needing help. Brightside continued to charge me for services they were not providing. The company told me that I would need to pay an additional $50.00 to meet with a new provider and when I refused continued to charge me for medication management even though they provided no further prescriptions. Even after I asked that my service be cancelled they proceeded to charge me for another month. This company uses predatory billing practices to take advantage of people who need help, but may not have the time or finances to find an in-person provider.

To anyone reading this, stay away To anyone reading this. I know you need help, but Brightside is not the answer. Please do your wallets and minds a favor by staying away. After interacting with them and seeing all the bad reviews on here, go somewhere else. They don't care about you. Only your money. Please try to find local resources that may help. They would not refund me my money after I quit considering they did not prescribe the medication I needed. I tried to message my provider that I could not see them because of this, but they would not let me message. They are terrible and are not worthy of your needs. Please be safe. <3

Scam Continued taking my money after cancelling my subscription. Unable to contact ANYONE by phone. Sent multiple messages to their customer service with no response. No option to cancel service on the website. They're going to be reported for fraud through my bank.

I cannot live laugh love in these… I cannot live laugh love in these conditions. Don’t do it. You look forward to getting some help, your provider is unprofessional and doesn’t show up. You call customer service, “there are no representatives available at this time.” *cue the dial tone* You send an email. No response. *cue the crickets* This company is a joke. If you are looking for an opportunity to increase your anxiety… this is the one. Five star review actually.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I scored a 21/21 on their anxiety test and currently in a seriously bad way. I was prescribed a blood pressure medication and the same old ineffective antidepressants. She didn't even listen to me. Towards the end I just started saying yeah and rushed to get off the call. It's all BS! Yet another "health care professional" has done nothing to help me even when I asked and pleaded. If you have serious anxiety and panic attack disorder, don't expect them to do anything to relieve that stress other than throw the same old ineffective drugs at you and try to up sell you for their therapy services. It's all a money making scheme with no substance. As the title says, don't waste your money.
