Customer Service goes around and around in circles and takes over a week to respond to issues. Will never use the platform again. The therapist I met was cursing non-stop during my first meeting with her and seemed to have the mental capacity of a goldfish.

Non Functional Business Their website is continuously down. I had to try three times just to sign up because it kept crashing. Then it was impossible to schedule an appointment. I called customer support three times and never got an answer or a call back to my voicemails. Finally heard back from a separate support ticket I opened via email, but that went nowhere.

No show when I needed help! My appt was 9:15-9:45 with a provider and I was told to arrive 5 mins before and stay 10 mins after just incase there was a technical issue. No provider/psychiatrist No show. No text, no email nothing. Horrible horrible service for someone needing real help.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I scored a 21/21 on their anxiety test and currently in a seriously bad way. I was prescribed a blood pressure medication and the same old ineffective antidepressants. She didn't even listen to me. Towards the end I just started saying yeah and rushed to get off the call. It's all BS! Yet another "health care professional" has done nothing to help me even when I asked and pleaded. If you have serious anxiety and panic attack disorder, don't expect them to do anything to relieve that stress other than throw the same old ineffective drugs at you and try to up sell you for their therapy services. It's all a money making scheme with no substance. As the title says, don't waste your money.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Brightside sent me an invoice two weeks ago for back payment starting the beginning of the month. Without explanation or any clarification they automatically billed my account. I wasn’t able to make rent or get through to any customer service rep. Save yourself the anger!!
