I cannot live laugh love in these… I cannot live laugh love in these conditions. Don’t do it. You look forward to getting some help, your provider is unprofessional and doesn’t show up. You call customer service, “there are no representatives available at this time.” *cue the dial tone* You send an email. No response. *cue the crickets* This company is a joke. If you are looking for an opportunity to increase your anxiety… this is the one. Five star review actually.

I’d give its therapists 5 stars I’d give its therapists 5 stars. However, the nurse practioners are short lived. When asked if they treat ADHD you’re given the incorrect answer of yes. During my year with them I found my therapist a God send. However the medication and NP side of my treatment would be a 1 star experience. At first I was given a 5 minute (not an exaggeration) appointment with him. He prescribed a medication that put me in a deep depression and the effects of the medication were something I won’t soon forget. But it was his response to hearing I wasn’t doing well on the medication that sent me reeling. “Most don’t do well on that medication”. Ok why prescribe it if you know it’s not a good drug for most patients?! During the year plus I was with them, my NP changed several times. Never getting medication I needed to impove my condition. They don’t accept most insurances and it’s difficult to tell whom they take.

Had for about a month and quit… Had for about a month and quit immediately. I’m so glad I found this forum because I was starting to think I was crazy for feeling this way. The counselors and doctors have very brash, gaslighty, victim blaming and matter of fact attitudes. I felt worse after every session with them. Definitely a money grab. My counselor was late 10 minutes but she sure cut off on time as soon as the end time came around. They did not help but only made me feel even more depressed. They will really push someone who is on the edge.

Intentionally charges fees for… Intentionally charges fees for appointments and services that were not provided. Customer Service goes around and around in circles and takes over a week to respond to issues. Will never use the platform again. The therapist I met was cursing non-stop during my first meeting with her and seemed to have the mental capacity of a goldfish.

False Advertising. Inflated, Deceitful Charges. Advertised a $95/month cost + pharmacy copay, and told me that they are in-network for my insurance plan. Proceeded to charge my insurance company $466 with me owing $192 of that, for a single virtual visit with an NP that was billed as a 'physician' visit. I will never trust this company and never go back to them again. Stay away!
