Dana Brand was AWESOME!! Although I did not end up choosing ProMerchant as my payment processer, I vividly remember Dana Brand. She was super friendly, very responsive, followed up, and made sure I knew she was there for me. If my current processor ever fails me (which is expected in this industry unfortunately), then I'll be calling up Dana.
