My appointments are always at the convenience of me the Doctor is straight to the point and there when and if the landlord ever needs more information. However, most rental places in Texas use a third party system that this letter gets screened by and uploaded to for them to verify the integrity of it and I never had a problem with anything on either side. This place is awesome!
