Life is good I'm not one to write reviews but when you find a company that is helping to make people's lives happier and a little easier you can't pass it up. I am so glad I found this company probably almost 10 years ago.! This is the 2nd dog I've had go through Certapet. The customer service all the way to the appointment with the counselor runs so smooth. The staff is pleasant and always willing to help you with questions.

CertaPet is the most legit company I have come across because I have been scammed in the past, so I was super skeptical but once I saw they have a number you can call where REAL people actually answer and assist you. I knew I could trust them. The whole process is super professional and thorough, they really go above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need and know about your service or emotional support animal. Plus, the Psychiatrist I spoke with was so nice and caring. Definitely the best out there for sure.
