Great product with a very solid build… Great product with a very solid build and long battery life. My only suggestion would be to relocate the cut length switch. The way I hold the Beardscape causes my thumb or index finger to press and move the length switch if I'm not careful. I'm not sure there's a better place to put it given the display, but that's been the only "Negative" thus far.

Hi I don't have an issue with the… Hi I don't have an issue with the product itself, but the fact that there are no warning labels on it or the box to not get it wet. After all the times I hear Aaron Marino on Alpha M youtube talk about it I've always wanted to get. It took me awhile to finally get it and a few weeks go by I drop it in the sink with water and while it was running pulled it out and the complete thing went to crap (screen is messed up and turns on by itself). Please if someone can contact me to either refund me or to possibly get another thank you.

Excellent support and product I love my Beardscape and the customer service is excellent. I chipped my trimmer head so I bought a new one, but I had an issue installing it. I contacted the support team and they explained me what to do and ALSO reminded me that I still have a warranty. They then proceed to give me money back for the chipped trimmer head. I've been having the same beardscape for the past 2.5 years and it's still like new!

One of the worst experiences I have… One of the worst experiences I have encountered. Staff was too busy on the phone to care to help me. I tried to get staffs attention, just really disappointing. I won't ever shop there again and recommend others to avoid.
