I bought the KD Smart Chair for my… I bought the KD Smart Chair for my father. We liked the chair's easy set up and operation; however, the footrest would not move far enough out of the way for him to exit the chair without difficulty due to his balance issue. Thanks to Lenny, the return process was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this product to others who need assistance with mobility.

Horrible customer service and process Ordered 2 back wheels on Monday at 11:00 am and they couldn’t get the Order out until Wednesday. I paid $75 extra for FedEx - should have received it Wednesday but it did t arrive until Friday. They never answer the phone and apparently there is only 1 person working - quite a shoestring operation. Lenny promised me some $ refund for the problems and when I followed up a week later he said the office was off for a Jewish holiday and it would be right out. Still nothing - what a bad operation all the way around.

Underwhelmed 2 years ago It is odd that I got a request-for-review of a "recent" purchase, since it was about 2 years ago. However, the problem was that the chair is designed for a statistically average female and can't be adjusted for body size. It proved too small and uncomfortable for my partner, and when we tried to return it, they shipped it back to us. We grumbled, ate the loss and donated it to charity. At the time, KD Smart Chair seemed overwhelmed by their success at the time, and were failing in customer service.

I have the kd smart folding wheelchair… I have the kd smart folding wheelchair and the joystick stop working. I don't want to give up on it so I'm looking for someone who has a joystick controller that would want to sell for a reasonable price, if you do please contact me. Thank you

I purchased this chair for my dad… I purchased this chair for my dad around four years ago, and we haven’t had any, problems with it whatsoever... took it to Florida on several vacations, been to Key West, three times and couldn’t tell you how much it’s given my dad independence to travel... I highly recommend it to anyone, that needs a power chair.
