Love the chair Love the chair! Much easier to have my independence because of it. Now I can go places by myself, instead of missing out, or being totally dependent on someone else. Great for smaller or crowded elevators. Wonderful that it can be carried in most vehicles. Now, if it only came with rear view mirrors!

We liked the chair's easy set up and operation; however, the footrest would not move far enough out of the way for him to exit the chair without difficulty due to his balance issue. Thanks to Lenny, the return process was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this product to others who need assistance with mobility.

I chose the Smart Chair for it's… I chose the Smart Chair for it's agility, size and light weight. good choice! it meets my every need to remain somewhat independent and self reliant. thank goodness for the speed control … keeps me from racing and running into things - like furniture, walls, doors. and the convenience extras are super! my pouch and basket carry my phone and other things that are handy to have with me through the day and do not detract from the chair's appearance.

I have made two purchases of… I have made two purchases of replacement items two months ago (January) and, as yet, have not received them. I have called and emailed repeatedly, with no response. My calls go to music for several minutes and then the call disconnects. This outreach has been going on for for over a month and I was beginning to wonder if you were still in business and just hadn't taken your website down.
