Not to be trusted I dealt with this company for over a year for my dog's prescriptions since they were cheaper than average. I adjusted to the longer shipping times. My orders were typically filled and sent to be within 7-10 days. I had one issue where I order Cosequin and they said it was backordered to which they cancelled after multiple calls. I think had another issue that was not easy to resolve. However, this last order they have not filled. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Do not order from this company.

Saved my cat's life Brought Rascal to CVS in very bad condition. We thought he was going to die. Our regular vet could not help him or even tell us ehat was wrong. CVS immediately put him into intensive care, and subsequently discovered that he had ingested RAT poison. It was touch and go for a while, but after beginning him on the anti-dote, vitamin K, and tranfused blood, he slowly began to come out of of it, and is now almost back to normal.

Honest and reliable I am very happy with the service and the products. I know this company will give a fair price compared to well-known and well-publicized websites for Pet medications. It can get very expensive keeping geriatric pets comfortable, and medical issues under control - e.g. seizures. I don't need or want to pay for advertising.

So apparently this place is out of … So apparently this place is out of business. You can't even get on their website anymore. I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.

Took over one month to get animal meds … Took over one month to get animal meds after I had my credit card company get credit to my account. This was after numerous phone calls where no one answers or returns calls, never responded to several emails sent. The topper is that when I FINALLY got my order the pill container was open, the foil sealant was ripped off laying loose inside the box and instead of 180 pills there was only 39. I'll never do business with this company again and after this I'd be very careful if you consider using them. I did take pictures when I opened the box up in case they try to say something different.
