Not to be trusted I dealt with this company for over a year for my dog's prescriptions since they were cheaper than average. I adjusted to the longer shipping times. My orders were typically filled and sent to be within 7-10 days. I had one issue where I order Cosequin and they said it was backordered to which they cancelled after multiple calls. I think had another issue that was not easy to resolve. However, this last order they have not filled. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Do not order from this company.

So apparently this place is out of … So apparently this place is out of business. You can't even get on their website anymore. I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.

My first order Ordered a prescription product for one of my dogs- they verified with my vet which more convenient for me as I live 30 minutes from her. Medicine came promptly as was exactly as described- a great price compared to other places. I researched prices as I rescue dogs and have many fosters and several of my own, so saving money for quality products is important to me.

Received medication 12 days after ordering after paying for 3 day delivery I ordered pain medication for my dog on March 11, 2015 and did not receive it until March 23, 2015 even though I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. They did not send the emails that their web site indicates, so I had to call several times to try to find the status of my order.

Local pharmacies love National AH Local pharmacies love National AH! Great prices, slow delivery, zero customer service. Ordered on March 23. Card charged on March 25. Off the shelf items did not ship until April 10. No one picks up phone, No one returns email. Products were shipped USPS with signature required. If you are familiar with USPS, their website and telephone customer service to hold for pickup is, well... non-existent. Had to go back to vet twice to refill meds.
