GBPoor customer service. Ordered on the evening of March 29, Credit Card charged on March 30. After delay with prescription was resolved on April 5, they claimed they would ship right away. Posted tracking number on April 6 and never updated status again. Contacted via telephone several times and never received a call back. Finally emailed and received a response that they were sorry and a new order would be shipped immediately via priority mail and I would receive a new tracking number, never did and yesterday April 18 after no response to several emails and phone calls I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst customer service and online company I have attempted to use in years. Had to go back to vet refill meds twice and now have to search for another source. Would give them no stars if that was possible.

GBFirst experience great, then terrible First experience great. Two months later, trying to get refills.. nothing. I faxed rx, emailed, rx, MAILED rx and still nothing. No responses to email inquiries. They definitely billed my card though. It's too bad because my dogs on monthly meds and it would have been nice to have a steady relationship with a dependable company.

GBSo apparently this place is out of … So apparently this place is out of business. You can't even get on their website anymore. I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.

GBSaved my cat's life Brought Rascal to CVS in very bad condition. We thought he was going to die. Our regular vet could not help him or even tell us ehat was wrong. CVS immediately put him into intensive care, and subsequently discovered that he had ingested RAT poison. It was touch and go for a while, but after beginning him on the anti-dote, vitamin K, and tranfused blood, he slowly began to come out of of it, and is now almost back to normal.

GBReceived medication 12 days after ordering after paying for 3 day delivery I ordered pain medication for my dog on March 11, 2015 and did not receive it until March 23, 2015 even though I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. They did not send the emails that their web site indicates, so I had to call several times to try to find the status of my order.
