Horrible experience - took money, didn't ship I am currently having a horrible experience with Drunk Elephant's customer service. I really like their products and I usually purchase them in Sephora or Ulta. However, for Cyber Monday, I purchased products from their site. They charged my card immediately, but my order was never shipped (even though I selected two day shipping). No one has responded to my inquiries. I have asked several times for them to either ship my order or give me a full refund.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service, I had ordered the D bronzi drops, but I didnt like them so the lady let me keep them and try again with a moisturizer and then she refunded me! I felt bad for still keeping them, but its okay! I’m so thankful! thank you drunk elephant!

Best customer service DE has definitely the best customer friendly service. I had bad experience with functioning of bottle of their C-Firma serum which I purchased from cultbeauty.com and Drunk Elephant has sent me a new one despite Cult Beauty refused to make it. Thank you Ann for all your assistance and real help!

I truly don’t understand the negative… I truly don’t understand the negative reviews here. I am a skincare/aesthetics junkie and have tried just about everything out there. I like to try new things and shake up my routine. I was using solely Biologique Recherche products for a couple of years, but finally decided I wanted to try something new, based on scientifically validated ingredients and at least a bit less expensive. I love Drunk Elephant’s philosophy and although their products aren’t cheap—mostly mid-range—they are well worth it. With every new product I tried, I wanted to try more. They have a huge range of products that have innovative formulations using state-of-the-art ingredients, and I am very pleased with the results. I’m hooked!

I owe my glowing skin to DE I owe my glowing skin to Drunk Elephant. It eliminates all the harmful ingredients that plague the skincare aisles and only included good-for-you stuff. I’ve been using it for over a year and have never been happier with my skin. And the fact that they are truly cruelty free (meaning they don’t sell on mainland China, therefore, the products do not fall into the category of “unless required to do so by law”, which almost every drug store brand does and a lot of higher end brands). I can’t say enough amazing things about Drunk Elephant. BHydra is my Holy Grail, I use it twice a day. They keep coming out with new products and they’re incredible. I have highly recommended DE to family and friends and they have all made the switch.
