My Daughter bought drunk elephant… My Daughter bought drunk elephant moisturizer today and within the hour we were at the hospital! She had a severe allergic reaction to YOUR product!!!!!!! She had 3 shots and 2xs filled because of your line! This is some POTENT ingredient in this, she was completely covered in Hives, whelps, shortness of Breath!! I would like a conference call on behalf of this! I have notes and Dr notes to prove along with pictures of her face!!!! STOP MAKING BAD STUFF THAT PEOPLE WANT TO TRY BECAUSE YOU PAY PEOPLE TO GIVE A HYPE on tik TOK about it!!! Pathetic if you ask me!!

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service, I had ordered the D bronzi drops, but I didnt like them so the lady let me keep them and try again with a moisturizer and then she refunded me! I felt bad for still keeping them, but its okay! I’m so thankful! thank you drunk elephant!

Rubbish customer service Rubbish customer service. Placed an order and it defaulted to my old address. My fault okay but I emailed them straight away. They took ages to get back to me then stated there was nothing they could do and I needed to speak to their carrier! The tracking they sent didn’t work so I had to ask for it several times. Never got it changed and luckily it wasn’t stolen from being left outside my old house. £65 order and they couldn’t give too hoots. Never again

Sign Up Discount Code Scam My daughter let me know that she wanted a fairly expensive product from this company. I went online and submitted all of my contact information as requested to receive a discount on my first order. They refused to send me the discount code saying it would take them several days to process the discount. I contacted via live chat hoping to resolve the issue and they said they had no ability to send me the discount code. Then they terminated the chat immediately.

Appalling Customer Services Appalling Customer Services, happy to take your money but as soon as there is a problem extremely unhelpful. Gave me false information & now ignoring me. I would recommend NOT buying directly from them. May be coincidence but my credit card was then used within 12 hours of my purchase. Luckily my bank has amazing customer service & dealt with it immediately.
