Great Service in Hickory NC I was so happy to see all the frames with the spring hinges for women. Where I had purchased in the past had a very limited selection. Eye Lab in Hickory NC was well stocked!!! We were greeted and served immediately upon walking in the door by a very professional and courteous staff. From the time I walked in the door, made my selection, and purchased my glass frames including filing insurance we were out in less than an hour and well satisfied. I would recommend Eye Lab of Hickory NC to anyone!!!

The worst customer experience I ever encountered! You should be ashamed of being in the health care system. This place should not ever be in business. The most incompetent staff ever rude. The optometrist was good, however the supporting staff was incompetent and rude after I spent 1 and a half in this office the staff decided to take care of people walking in and asking questions rather than those with appointments. I will never recommend this place to anyone . I walked out without being properly attended and will never return. I will inform my insurance to drop eye lab in Gastonia NC East Franklin Blvd. They are terrible and don’t deserve to be in business. This happen Saturday May 20, 2023 from 1:30-3:45pm. Bad experience. … Jesus I wish I’d checked reviews before becoming a customer. Huge regret. Arguing with them about refunds. No doc on site. Takes weeks to get glasses and contacts. And the contacts were completely unusable. So not sur I trust the telehealth doc routine

I really don’t think they deserve 1… I really don’t think they deserve 1 star….unfortunately I bought insurance on my glasses and they were of no help…apparently all locations in Austin are closed and the closest one is in Killeen, Texas….if you call the number on the store in Parmer Ln. they are of no help….they say someone 🤷🏽‍♀️ will get intouch with me and help but I highly doubt that….when all of their locations in Austin, Texas are closed. I regret purchasing my glasses here and much less their insurance 🤦🏽‍♀️ please don’t waste your time there

Horrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! Grand Prairie on 161 NEVER AGAIN
