However, Lori the Brand Manager, went above and beyond to make my shopping experience great. I would recommend this Coral Springs location to get your next glasses and/or contacts. Also, my glasses arrived within eight days, which was within the stated estimated 7 - 10 day time-frame promised.

Horrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! The worst customer experience I ever encountered! You should be ashamed of being in the health care system. This place should not ever be in business. The most incompetent staff ever rude. The optometrist was good, however the supporting staff was incompetent and rude after I spent 1 and a half in this office the staff decided to take care of people walking in and asking questions rather than those with appointments. I will never recommend this place to anyone . I walked out without being properly attended and will never return. I will inform my insurance to drop eye lab in Gastonia NC East Franklin Blvd. They are terrible and don’t deserve to be in business. This happen Saturday May 20, 2023 from 1:30-3:45pm. Since I’ve became pregnant nuno has… Since I’ve became pregnant nuno has been nothing but a harassment. He literally came to the store to fire me today due to me missing a day for my child appointment. And when I ask what I was fired for he stated using profane and creating a hostile work environment. He couldn’t provide proof nor show me when I did the things he accused me of.

i’ve bought 3 pairs from here and the… i’ve bought 3 pairs from here and the quality is pretty garbage, they look real nice but that garbage blue light lense always wears off and is terrible. apparently they changed it but this new one is just as bad.
