GBBad experience. … Jesus I wish I’d checked reviews before becoming a customer. Huge regret. Arguing with them about refunds. No doc on site. Takes weeks to get glasses and contacts. And the contacts were completely unusable. So not sur I trust the telehealth doc routine

GBIm so dissapointed with Eye Lab Im so dissapointed with Eye Lab. because when they did my eye exam they they gave me very costly prescription. (ther are other options) i tried to tell them i need something cheper .but the doctor "Chase jeckson o d" is now not responding. that means they dont have any responsibilities after taking mony!!

GBArleene at the Hurt Tx Precinct Line Rd… Arleene at the Hurt Tx Precinct Line Rd location is wonderful. She was very patient and helped me pick the best frames and lenses for my glasses. She worked with me using my insurance or using the discounts they offered and got me the best pricing. I was walk in for an eye exam and didnt have to wait and eye exam was virtual and i truly am very happy how my experience has been with My Eyelab

GBI somehow managed to leave home without… I somehow managed to leave home without packing my contacts for vacation. I contacted my eye doctor back home and they emailed me my prescription. While on the highway and knowing we were about to be passing through Bowling Green, KY, I reached out to Eye Lab. They helped me out with some trial contacts after verifying my current prescription! I will now be able to see during vacation!! Thank you so much!

GBHorrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! Grand Prairie on 161 NEVER AGAIN
