Great Service in Hickory NC I was so happy to see all the frames with the spring hinges for women. Where I had purchased in the past had a very limited selection. Eye Lab in Hickory NC was well stocked!!! We were greeted and served immediately upon walking in the door by a very professional and courteous staff. From the time I walked in the door, made my selection, and purchased my glass frames including filing insurance we were out in less than an hour and well satisfied. I would recommend Eye Lab of Hickory NC to anyone!!!

Im so dissapointed with Eye Lab Im so dissapointed with Eye Lab. because when they did my eye exam they they gave me very costly prescription. (ther are other options) i tried to tell them i need something cheper .but the doctor "Chase jeckson o d" is now not responding. that means they dont have any responsibilities after taking mony!!

I was helped by 2 wonderful ladies, whom helped me choose my 2 beautiful glasses for a real good price with such an extensive variety of frames, which could be overwhelming.They were helpful to narrow my choices to the right one for my face features. Worst eyeglass shop I"ve ever seen. Son in law went in to get a new set of glasses. Bandera Road Store, San Antonio, Texas. They told him it was mandatory for him to have anti glare and other lens add ons, due to his astigmatism. Yet on the paperwork they gave him, they listed it as "recommended". Ashton, who claimed to be the store "general manager", again stated it was mandatory, refused to cancel the order within 30 mins of the order, and had to be the absolute worst customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Stay away from this company. Biggest bait and switch, I've ever seen. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible from the start 1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! Grand Prairie on 161 NEVER AGAIN
