GBLook for a different company! I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've been getting two medications from them for about 5 years now, and they're both meds that are approved and prescribed by THEIR in house doctors. But every time, and I mean every single time, they deny one or both meds when I try to refill and say I need to have my doctor call in a new refill, even though their own site says I'll have 3 refills remaining, several months out. It's like pulling teeth every single time. It takes days for them to respond, and then they ask for info you gave them in the first contact. Then you have to wait several more days, and the confusion may or may not be cleared up, usually not. I strongly recommend you find another company to serve you. This one is VERY unreliable.

GBScam Scam. My medication was suppose to be a set price and all of a sudden it is $24 more on my second order. They don’t tell you they just charge you!

GBCancelled RX but won't refund$$ Ordered and received one RX in December. Decided to refill in January but had an allergic reaction. Called in 1/23 to cancel and ask for refund. They had not yet sent the RX due to some problem with a signature. Said they'd cancel and issue a refund within five business days. On 1/31 got an email with a tracking number on it saying my order had shipped. Call the company and they admitted their mistake in filling the prescription, but now refuse to refund the money. They said that having an allergic reaction was not a valid reason to cancel, but if I had simply said "I don't want it" they would have issued the refund. $100 is a lot of money to lose for anyone, particularly a senior citizen. Taking it up with my credit card issuer, hopefully they can issue a refund and go after this fraudulent company

GBGreat prices, virtually non-existent customer service The only thing Blink is good for is good prices and sending your purchases, but don't expect any customer service because it barely exists. I am under the impression that there is only one customer service person for the entire company. There is no way to reach anyone by phone and so far the only reply to the mail I sent asking for help asked me to verify my identity. Thanks.

GBBlink Health: A Sordid Debacle on its Best Day The Blink Health website allowed me to order, pay for, and arrange pick-up at a local pharmacy -- all without the prescription of a doctor. They took $2,576.77 from my checking account without a problem. But the local pharmacy had no record of my order. After repeated phone calls to the Blink Health "customer care" line and being put on hold for well over 1-1/2 hours total, I was finally able to speak with a human being, who was able to cancel my order. She had no explanation though, as to why the order was ever able to be placed, without a doctor being involved.
