Scam Scam. My medication was suppose to be a set price and all of a sudden it is $24 more on my second order. They don’t tell you they just charge you!

Getting really slow I've used Blink for several years. Usually I pick up at a local pharmacy and while I usually have to walk the pharmacist through the whole process because they don't know what Blink is, it works out fine. I've started doing their mail order because it's a bit cheaper and I'm not driving much right now. It is getting progressively slower. I'm not interested in yelling at an overworked customer service rep, but I do want my meds shipped out in a timely manner (I would think 72 hours after receipt of the Rx from the doctor ). Something is going wrong lately. I hope they right the ship

Works Fast and Great Prices! Was worried by some of the negative reviews, but found Blink shortly after placing an order on Roman. Quickly canceled my order and went through Blink instead. Prescription was provided in less than 24 hours and picked up my meds that next morning at my local pharmacy. No issues whatsoever and it was more 1/4 of the price for my meds.

Great prices, virtually non-existent customer service The only thing Blink is good for is good prices and sending your purchases, but don't expect any customer service because it barely exists. I am under the impression that there is only one customer service person for the entire company. There is no way to reach anyone by phone and so far the only reply to the mail I sent asking for help asked me to verify my identity. Thanks.

Brooke and Blink have been outstanding! The sales reps and the emails have been on-point with every order I’ve placed. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews. The # I called for svc was 833-435-0213, and spoke with Brooke. A Miebo script was left on our porch on a very windy day, and we saw it blow away on camera. We looked everywhere for it, and couldn’t find it. I emailed Blink, and they sent me another one at no cost. My neighbor found our pkg. in her bushes 3 doors down and delivered it yesterday. I called Blink to thank them for sending me a replacement, and told them my neighbor had found it. I asked if they wanted me to send it back, or pay for it now or at the time of the next refill. I couldn’t ask for any better assistance.
