GBMedication was ordered on March 13 Medication was ordered on March 13, 2024. I have not received it. After calling to check on the status they said they would text or email an update. As of today I haven't received an answer when my medication should arrive. Terrible company stay away!

GBCharged and Never Received Medication I was charged $370.16 for a medication on 4/1/2024 and as of 4/30/24 have not received it, with no communication or explanation. I called customer service twice and the first time was assured someone would call me back with status within 24-48 hours which never happened. I ultimately asked for a refund on my second call and had the prescription cancelled and transferred. I now have to wait and see if I am actually refunded and if the transfer will happen successfully.

GBBlink Health: A Sordid Debacle on its Best Day The Blink Health website allowed me to order, pay for, and arrange pick-up at a local pharmacy -- all without the prescription of a doctor. They took $2,576.77 from my checking account without a problem. But the local pharmacy had no record of my order. After repeated phone calls to the Blink Health "customer care" line and being put on hold for well over 1-1/2 hours total, I was finally able to speak with a human being, who was able to cancel my order. She had no explanation though, as to why the order was ever able to be placed, without a doctor being involved.

GBWorks Fast and Great Prices! Was worried by some of the negative reviews, but found Blink shortly after placing an order on Roman. Quickly canceled my order and went through Blink instead. Prescription was provided in less than 24 hours and picked up my meds that next morning at my local pharmacy. No issues whatsoever and it was more 1/4 of the price for my meds.

GBGetting really slow I've used Blink for several years. Usually I pick up at a local pharmacy and while I usually have to walk the pharmacist through the whole process because they don't know what Blink is, it works out fine. I've started doing their mail order because it's a bit cheaper and I'm not driving much right now. It is getting progressively slower. I'm not interested in yelling at an overworked customer service rep, but I do want my meds shipped out in a timely manner (I would think 72 hours after receipt of the Rx from the doctor ). Something is going wrong lately. I hope they right the ship
