GBThey lie They lie. My doctor faxed in my prescription and over a week later, they still claim they did not receive it. My doctor has documentation he sent it. They are rude and obviously don't want My business??? Instead of wasting over a week of my time, I could have my VERY needed prescription by now. I TOLD them I was having major surgery in two days and I needed to get this on the way to me. They just don't care. Highly disappointed.

GBdrops don't work My review is for Meibo, an eye drop that is supposed to help with dry eyes. The product finally arrived in a small bottle that is only half full. The drops are supposed to be used as a very small drop 4 times a day, but the bottle does not dispense small drops, so the liquid runs over the rim of the eyes and down my face. Since they are charging almost $700 to medicare for this very small amount of liquid, the waste is not acceptable. I have tried several methods and nothing works to get the appropriate size drop into my eyes that doesn't run down my face. The drops don't seem to help much for my dry eyes either.

GBDO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. My Miebo RX delivery is 3 weeks overdue. I’ve made 4 phone calls and there’s no information about the reason for the delay. However, they have run my credit card. I’m going to look into filing a complaint with the pharmacy regulation department.

GBGreat prices, virtually non-existent customer service The only thing Blink is good for is good prices and sending your purchases, but don't expect any customer service because it barely exists. I am under the impression that there is only one customer service person for the entire company. There is no way to reach anyone by phone and so far the only reply to the mail I sent asking for help asked me to verify my identity. Thanks.

GBCharged and Never Received Medication I was charged $370.16 for a medication on 4/1/2024 and as of 4/30/24 have not received it, with no communication or explanation. I called customer service twice and the first time was assured someone would call me back with status within 24-48 hours which never happened. I ultimately asked for a refund on my second call and had the prescription cancelled and transferred. I now have to wait and see if I am actually refunded and if the transfer will happen successfully.
