GBFocused marketing on those who are actively looking. I initially started with the program not expecting to see many results. Figured it would probably pay for itself but not much more. Over time more people that are calling are becoming clients. People who actually call are more likely to attend once they speak to a real person.

GBWe were erroneously billed $45 for someone looking for a family physician A computer reviews the calls the first time around so invalid calls will admittedly slip through the cracks and get charged to your credit card that you have on file. Last month we had three calls obviously not intended to go to a physical therapist. One was a wrong number. They wanted a family physician down the street. We clearly told them they had the wrong number. The second invalid call was a person wanting to get a sports physical for their kid. We do not perform physicals here... PhysicalTherapists.com should know this... so we directed them to their family physician... the third call was an existing patient making an appointment for later. The patient called and just wanted to move their appt. to later in the day. The patient had already been coming to therapy for several weeks. All of these calls were contested by us a month ago and they had a real person review all three calls but they were all not credited back. After learning the calls were not credited back to our account I emailed them to cancel our service immediately. They did not cancel our service. Now I forwarded the old email and the confirmation email I received back from them (to prove that they received it.) They are still thinking about whether or not they will keep our money for these invalid calls. You are better off doing a Google Adword campaign. This also confuses the general public because they push out their unique traceable number to partner sites such as YellowPages.com, Yahoo! Local, and Local.com. ... they will also get credit for those calls using more than just their site to get credit for calls you think are just coming from their advertising efforts only.... Now I have to go around to all these sites making sure my number is even there or if my information is even accurate... What a pain in the neck!!! Run as fast and as far away from physicaltherapists.com as you can!!!! It is not worth the time and energy and they are very biased to their own interests when they "review" those billable calls on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd time!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!

GBDefinitely a great return on our investment. No risk - great results! We signed on with PhysicalTherapists.com two months ago. Almost every call that has been referred to us by this system has resulted in a new patient. We love knowing that we are not paying for unqualified referrals. We also appreciate the responsiveness when we have had a question or issue with a call that has been charged. We would definitely recommend this service to other PT practices.

GBLove the call review feature but it is costly overall. The call review feature gives us a tremendous teaching tool for Clinical Directors, administration professionals and Patient care representatives. The team at PT.com has been helpful and dedicated. It is costly overall since a large number of calls are from patients that were referred to Strive but happen to find us from PT.com site.

GBExcellent customer service. When I have received calls from potential patients that were not appropriate due to, for instance, being out of the geographical area I serve, PT.com was willing to deduct the cost of that call from my bill. They were very professional, understanding and timely. You even get to talk to a real live person. It's also very easy to edit your information on their site, again, by easily being able to talk to a representative.
