GBRun away! Run away! This is an aggressive group trying to get you to join them as they have "a lot of patients in your area looking for PT" and they want to "refer patients to you". They have lied to my front desk staff to get through to me. I have asked them to not call any further and they still do...typically a different sales rep who is even more insistent and rude. I am on numerous user groups for small business PT practice management and all say to avoid these guys. We are well positioned in the marketplace and readily found via google search so people seeking physical therapy services can and will find us. PhysicalTherapists.com is not needed nor will benefit you.

GBEffective for new patients Signed up for free and it has given me valuable marketing that allows patients to search for clinics in the area they are living/working. Great customer service and they screen the calls themselves for they bill the clinic. Save a great deal of work on my end!

GBThey are a terrible company! When I first signed up with them, it sounded like a good marketing tool. Unfortunately, they have a terrible business model. They charge for EVERY call made thru their number, whether it's legitimate or not. They obviously do not listen to any of the calls. I got billed for existing patients, people looking for doctors and other things, not for a PT. Then, when I reviewed the calls, if it's over 35 days, they will not issue a refund. They charged me for a call made by a pre-existing patient, but after 60 days they day they can no longer listen to the calls, how convenient for them, so I paid for a call I should not have been billed for. This has happened more than once. They are dishonest in their charges and will not submit a refund for a fraudulent charge. Stay away from them! I think any positive review on there must have been done by them.

GBVery Healpful Service On physicaltherapist.com we can listen to the calls and learn frequently asked questions patients have a about service and listen to what our staff says to patients to help with training. This service has helped us get new patients and it is an asset well worth the money.

GBGreat opportunity to not only have more patients directed to our office, but to review our staffs phone etiquette. We have found that the new patients that are directed to us have certainly made it worthwhile. However, the bigger benefit has been that we have been able to listen to phone calls that our front office take and identify areas where we can improve on our customer service and knowledge in interacting with the patients. The new patient that are generated by PhysicalTherapists.com certainly make it financially worth while. But our improved customer care has been the icing on the cake.
