Great product and friendly service Every person I had contact with at Arrow was great. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This includes office contact, salesman, and installer. The range of knowledge was also good. I appreciate that they came to my home with information and looked at the stairs for installation. After all that the unit is GREAT so far. I love it.

Safety Allows my husband to go up and down safely and I use it for elevator transporting stuff down stairs which keeps me safe. So happy with it
