The range of knowledge was also good. I appreciate that they came to my home with information and looked at the stairs for installation. After all that the unit is GREAT so far. I love it.

GBWe Have More Independence Now I was able to visit a friend who used Arrow Lift and was impressed. I called to make an appointment and the representative came to our home the next day. He was not pushy and told us the options we had. We decided to go with them and are so happy we did. They came in a few days and installed our stair-lifts. The young man who installed them was very efficient and hard worker. We are happy with the stair-lifts and will be able to stay in our home much longer now that stairs are not a problem.
