GBAll is well when it ends well Overall, we are happy with the outcome. It took over a year to go from order to installation due to supply chain issues. There was also some confusion and conflicting information regarding the kind of door and wall needed, and we ended up with a suboptimal solution that was probably not required. Once the elevator was installed, we had to have it serviced twice because it stopped working. The good news is that the company was responsive and managed to send a team within days to fix the sensors. It now seems to work fine, and we are hoping that it will continue to do so for years to come.

GBIt took three service calls to solve a… It took three service calls to solve a problem that could have been resolved on the first call had the technician had the right parts with him. I got charged for multiple service calls. .

GBImpressed by the quality of the… Impressed by the quality of the product. Had some problems with installation scheduling and the installer seemed pressed for time but did a good job on the installation and training. I was not aware that the 2nd payment was due at installation; I see that it stated such in the fine print but it would have been helpful to be reminded prior to the install.

GBGreat product and friendly service Every person I had contact with at Arrow was great. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This includes office contact, salesman, and installer. The range of knowledge was also good. I appreciate that they came to my home with information and looked at the stairs for installation. After all that the unit is GREAT so far. I love it.
