GBUnexpected shipping delays I ordered a custom-made lift chair for my husband at at the beginning of February. I understand since it was customized, it would take longer, but the delays have become ridiculous. Chair was ordered Feb 9 with shipping date of April 9. When April 11 rolls around they email me a new shipping date of April 25. Not surprised it is now April 29 and I checked the site to see the new shipping date is May 10. I call and complain and shortly after I get a text that the chair shipped. Not sure I trust that information. Had I known that they would keep changing the shipping date with no explanation I would have gone with another company.
