NON delivery of my order I ordered a pair of your hearing aides weeks ago, i was told on 4-4-24 that they were being shipped the following week, obviously they were not shipped as promised, i am thinking that you are running a scam, if im wrong then prove it by shipping my order now. I am giving 4 stars I am giving 4 stars. Because I have not yet received the product. It's been over ra month and I have not received them. I am exited to get to try these. I got the chip for tinnitus and if it works I will no longer have the ringing and bizing in my ears.. Do take note that when I receive my hearing aids I will do a second review. I am in no way saying that I am dissatisfied with this product. Thank you Bossa for making a difference in people's lives for a reasonable price.

TX-5 Mini Hearing Aids… No word I purchased TX-5 Mini Hearing Aids order number #203745 on the 03/04/2024. I received an order confirmation email on the 04/04/2024. It said that the delivery would be between 1 - 2 weeks. Its now 24/04/2024. I haven't received any information, no tracking, nothing. I sent a polite email and haven't heard anything back. I'm eager to give good feedback, if I receive a working pair. Bossa please let me know something. My old hearing aids have broke. Australia isn't that far away?!

We are Very pleased My husband and i both ordered your hearing aides for the ear ringing advantage. For the most part they have worked well and knowing what we know now would purchase them again. One thing we especially like is the ability to recharge earing aides multiple times with only one charge of the charger.

A Low-Cost Alternative In terms of pricing, Bossa cannot be beat. My wife and I purchased two sets; one for each of us. We just received our products. Therefore, we are still in the "getting accustom stage". As a result, it is still too early to make an assessment on the products. However, the process is going well so far. Bossa is a great alternative to having to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids. We consider hearing loss to be like any other ailment. We see no need for people to be gouged financially in order to address their hearing loss. Thank you Bossa!
