Best Customer Service I purchased my Kuru back in 2021, and at that time I was disappointed with the purchase, so I raised my concerns. At that time for whatever reason the case was not given much attention. But to my surprise in Aug of 2023, I got a call from Kuru associate Annette stating they really want to make things right by offering me a pair of shoes of my choice. I was really surprised by the gesture and honestly, I felt that this company is truly looking into all their surveys. I am truly impressed, and I am looking forward to my new shoes. Thank you!

Decent show for restaurant kitchen… Decent show for restaurant kitchen floors, problem is the shoe laces go past my knees that long I called to say why did they send boot laces? That’s the only laces we have, I said really I have to triple tie them..said they would send shorter ones never did. Crappy customer service we will advice production,boohoo

So misleading I ordered some shoes for a trip, with enough time built in to break them in first. I paid for expedited shipping so I expected them quickly. When I had not received notification of shipping by EOD of the business day they should have shipped, I called to see if my order could be cancelled. She said it would be. However, she failed to tell me that the shoes had already shipped and I would still be charged for the expedited shipping. It arrived in my city and was sent back to the retailer. If I had known it had shipped and I would still be charged shipping, I would have at least tried them on. Frustrating waste of $30.

don't order if you are Canadian Like many others I fell for Kuru's advertisement where a little canadian flag pops up. I have dealt with other american companies where this means that it includes the appropriate taxes etc. I fell for the titles of easy exchange, returns. If you read the find print this is not true if you are not in the US. Felt like false advertisement. I am returning the shoes without trying them on. I now will have to pay for the return AND Then fill out a bunch of forms to get the tax and customs duty that I paid.

They sell low quality trash that they… They sell low quality trash that they won't stand behind and conveniently entirely rip apart after their "warranty". Avoid like the plague
