Walk in tub nightmare. Everything, except the tub was installed and is so tight to the toilet the lid no longer fits. Salesman promised a lot of things that we not done. All towel racks are gone, but I have large holes instead where they were attached. Evidently the salesman has no idea what the installers are going to do except install the tub. Of course it's Elder Abuse and fraud, in my opinion. We're afraid to use the tub not knowing what else may be wrong.

The staff from the workers to the… The staff from the workers to the management were wonderful the workers came on time at 8:00 a.m. very friendly very personable did what you asked made room for you to go from the kitchen to the bedrooms while they worked on the bathroom it was very comfortable having them here and Moses the installer and Oscar are very very very personable and wonderful people and I would have him do any work in my house that I could have done

Great Experience! First contact was Patrick, sales. The home visit was prompt, relaxed, and informative. No high pressure speech. Tub was beautifully installed two weeks later. Bathroom looks perfect. Installers were also prompt, professional, and efficient. We are totally enjoying our safestep tub.

Lwonderful tech to the rescue. When my tub was installed by wonderful men all in one day, I was thrilled. But, at 80 years old I have experienced problems that I don't understand. My husband has called for service but no one has responded with an appointment. I do love the tub's features but I realized to late that I should have been more involved in the instructions given to my husband. Except for a few problems I am having, I love my Safe Step Tub.

Please advise of date.06082023 4 days later - Safe Step has responded quickly and graciously to my concerns. The tub was, in fact, not actually cracked. Rather, a gap had developed between the tub and a front panel. A re-application of silicone has resolved the situation. Thanks to all who worked to make that happen!
