GBGreat Experience! First contact was Patrick, sales. The home visit was prompt, relaxed, and informative. No high pressure speech. Tub was beautifully installed two weeks later. Bathroom looks perfect. Installers were also prompt, professional, and efficient. We are totally enjoying our safestep tub.

GBWalk in tub nightmare. Everything, except the tub was installed and is so tight to the toilet the lid no longer fits. Salesman promised a lot of things that we not done. All towel racks are gone, but I have large holes instead where they were attached. Evidently the salesman has no idea what the installers are going to do except install the tub. Of course it's Elder Abuse and fraud, in my opinion. We're afraid to use the tub not knowing what else may be wrong.

GBWe referred my mother to safestep in… We referred my mother to safestep in August after our walkin tub was installed and it is now December, 3 months after her installation. We have requested our $500 referral reward every month since with no progress being made. The sales rep tries to correct the situation but hasn't been able to correct the problem.

GBThe worst run company that I have ever… The worst run company that I have ever dealt with from corporate to out of state sales people to Minnesota Safe Step. Spent months trying to have a rain head shower put in.One out of state guy took a deposit and said he would install it and they never made contact with me for install for over 3 months. Minnesota Safe Step said they could not install these and then they said they could. The third time they said they do not do this after the tub has been installed and that was with an attitude. Save yourself some frustration as I will never do business with this unorganized company again. They are not customer service oriented.

GBWish we hadn't spent $20,000 for this… Wish we hadn't spent $20,000 for this tub. It's tight getting in and out. You have to slump down to get your shoulders in the water. I look at it and can't figure out why it costs that much. The trim looks cheap and the caulk is nasty and the cats hair sticks to it and is hard to clean. Very expensive mistake.
