Old tub out and new one in quickly. Tub looks beautiful. Very neat work. Did a thorough walk through and everything works as expected. Mother loves her new bathing experience. The worst run company that I have ever… The worst run company that I have ever dealt with from corporate to out of state sales people to Minnesota Safe Step. Spent months trying to have a rain head shower put in.One out of state guy took a deposit and said he would install it and they never made contact with me for install for over 3 months. Minnesota Safe Step said they could not install these and then they said they could. The third time they said they do not do this after the tub has been installed and that was with an attitude. Save yourself some frustration as I will never do business with this unorganized company again. They are not customer service oriented.

Great company and people working there Yesterday I had a repair tech arrive and repair my tub. 2 hours later and 4 repairs adjusted door handle, tightened valve replaced shower handle and hose, and motor was making noise. After 20 years of owning this fabulous tub most of this repair was age related and fully covered by lifetime warranty. The price of the service call was very fair and covers labor. I’ve had excellent service from customer service (was called back on Monday and had repair here on tues) and from this service tech (Daniel T. And also another in the past).

Great Experience! First contact was Patrick, sales. The home visit was prompt, relaxed, and informative. No high pressure speech. Tub was beautifully installed two weeks later. Bathroom looks perfect. Installers were also prompt, professional, and efficient. We are totally enjoying our safestep tub.

Optimum Service…Expectations Exceeded Mike and Doc were consummate professionals as they worked to complete the installation of my Safe StepTub. Job was completed within time frame. I am so excited about this tub and have had some of the soundest sleep in years! Everything promised has happened. Electricians DiWaldo and Garrett were also excellent.
