The worst run company that I have ever… The worst run company that I have ever dealt with from corporate to out of state sales people to Minnesota Safe Step. Spent months trying to have a rain head shower put in.One out of state guy took a deposit and said he would install it and they never made contact with me for install for over 3 months. Minnesota Safe Step said they could not install these and then they said they could. The third time they said they do not do this after the tub has been installed and that was with an attitude. Save yourself some frustration as I will never do business with this unorganized company again. They are not customer service oriented.

One of the best investments we’ve ever… One of the best investments we’ve ever made. The installation process was amazing thanks to James. His workmanship and expertise only added to the value of the purchase. Every person that contacted us regarding the product was professional and courteous. We can now safely shower and bathe without the worry of falling.

Please advise of date.06082023 4 days later - Safe Step has responded quickly and graciously to my concerns. The tub was, in fact, not actually cracked. Rather, a gap had developed between the tub and a front panel. A re-application of silicone has resolved the situation. Thanks to all who worked to make that happen!

This company uses their strong sales… This company uses their strong sales approach to take advantage of elderly people over the phone. This company took my mother for $1000 for a service that she did not need and did not get. When I called to intervene, there was a sales rep by the name of Mike who was very very rude and defensive. This company does not want to return my mom’s deposit that they coerced her into giving .Please be aware they are scammers. Please, let’s all take a stand and protect our elderly loved one from this company.

Optimum Service…Expectations Exceeded Mike and Doc were consummate professionals as they worked to complete the installation of my Safe StepTub. Job was completed within time frame. I am so excited about this tub and have had some of the soundest sleep in years! Everything promised has happened. Electricians DiWaldo and Garrett were also excellent.
