GBDo not use Hear.com I was so happy to get my hearing aids and Hear.com was amazing through the sales process and when my devices would not charge during the 45 day trial they were quick to overnight new units to solve the issue. As soon as the 45 day trial ended everything changed. I have now been without working devices for over 2 weeks and cannot get hear.com to care. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and been told "no one is available" only to not receive calls back or help in anyway. I am a cash pay patient so I paid full price for these and it was a huge mistake to use this company.

GBThe hearing aids I had just were not working for me The hearing aids I had just were not working for me anymore. I was having a difficult time hearing conversations and not able to understand some words. I saw an ad that Hear.com was having an open house and decided to try them. I received a box in a few days with everything I would need to have a hearing test from Dr Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids for me. I told him about sometimes I couldn’t understand words. He did a test of certain words and told me about how I could improve the problem. He sent a list of words to practice everyday 15 minutes and my word recognition would improve and it has. I am grateful to everyone who helped me there.

GBExcellent company Hear.com is an excellent company. Mr. Russ Blacklock was our initial contact after we responded to an add. He is an asset to the company as he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, & respectful. We worked with several customer service personnel (Rosemary being one) who were both efficient & polite. We could not afford their product at this time, but their hearing aids come highly recommended.

GBSorry for the former review.... I feel that I was harsh in the review I wrote before. I did not get the information I asked for but looked in my booklet and found what I wanted to know. The person I spoke to was very courteous but I was never contacted with the information I wanted. I have always had a wonderful relationship with hear.com and everyone has been helpful and wonderful to work with. So I want to give the 5 stars that I feel you deserve and I look forward to working with you in the future for any questions I have regarding my hearing aids which I love. Judi Mason
