Getting the Ipad online and then doing… Getting the Ipad online and then doing everything remotely was such a time saver. It went so smoothly too. I'm not very techy but they made the process simple and the hearing aids work great for me. They are a huge upgrade to my previous set. I love charging them at night and not having to deal with constantly changing batteries.

I love these devices I love these devices. I’m hearing things I haven’t heard in a long time, like my soft spoken grandkids. My online rep has been very helpful. This morning I told him I had trouble the last couple of days. It sounded like I was in a cave. He (JC) led me through changing my wax guards and it solved the problem.
