Sorry for the former review.... I feel that I was harsh in the review I wrote before. I did not get the information I asked for but looked in my booklet and found what I wanted to know. The person I spoke to was very courteous but I was never contacted with the information I wanted. I have always had a wonderful relationship with hear.com and everyone has been helpful and wonderful to work with.
