GBThey ignore you when it's not in their… They ignore you when it's not in their favor. The very place they sent me to for hearing test refuse to give me the hearing aids until ENT doctor signs off. Just to make sure something else isn't going on. So now having to wait on ENT doctor app. Several months away. I told them to cancel and refund my money. All of a sudden they death too. Shady practices say one thing do another. Be very careful!!!! They don't deserve 1 star.

GBExcellent company Hear.com is an excellent company. Mr. Russ Blacklock was our initial contact after we responded to an add. He is an asset to the company as he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, & respectful. We worked with several customer service personnel (Rosemary being one) who were both efficient & polite. We could not afford their product at this time, but their hearing aids come highly recommended.

GBGreat Communication From the moment I contacted them they were in constant contact with me. Fantastic communication! They found a wonderful audiologist nearby. And the best thing is you can visit any audiologist in any city if you are out of town! The hearing aides are comfortable to wear and recharge. Great choice in hearing aides!

GBSimple and easy I've had aids since 2006. This was an easy experience, since I never left the house to get new aids. So far these are the best I've had. LOVE THEM!
