LensDiscounters.com is THE BEST!! I spent a great deal of time shopping for contact lenses online, trying to find the best deal. LensDiscounters.com was the lowest priced site, with their prices per box being $15-$20 cheaper than their competitors! LensDiscounters.com is also VERY easy to navigate and to find exactly what you need! I placed my order with them on Wednesday afternoon, received my shipping notice email on Thursday, and had my brand new contacts in hand on Saturday! I am overjoyed with my experience with LensDiscounters.com and will most definitely purchase all of my contact lenses from them from now on!!!

Everything was perfect I spent hours online looking for the best place to order my Acuvue Trueyes from, and after spending ages on other sites, only to find all sorts of ridiculous charges added at checkout, I stumbled upon Lens Discounters. Good prices, no extra fees added, by far the best website to use, easy to fill out my order and send in my prescription, and dispatched within a couple of days. I got a nice surprise today when they arrived, only a day after being sent! I thought the free shipping was meant to take a week or so, but the box is clearly marked "2-day priority mail", so it's a real bargain all round. Highly recommended.

Ripped me off Ordered my contacts through them because they offered 1 day shipping, or so I thought. A few days later I still didn’t receive my contacts and was told that even though I paid for 1 day shipping, it was sent to ups priority 3-5 day shipping. Nobody informed me of this until I called lens discounters. I asked for a refund and they told me I they could not give me one since my contacts were shipped (but nobody knows where they are) I will never purchase from this company again.

Awful customer service and CHEAP product Absolutely awful customer service and cheap product. Stand clear of this organization. They do not stand behind their product and their website is meant to rope you in to having to make purchases with them even though their products are subpar. Save yourself time and energy, do NOT buy from them. There are plenty of other eye glass vendors.
