I did experience a delay once however, this time around. I asked for an agent that I had dealt with before, and she gave me an honest, upfront answer regarding an issue/delay that affected my type of lens. Her attitude was pleasant to say the least and its this type of service that keeps me coming back. The order shipped in 4 days versus the 7 that she quoted from the time I called. A few days later I still didn’t receive my contacts and was told that even though I paid for 1 day shipping, it was sent to ups priority 3-5 day shipping.
