Ripped me off Ordered my contacts through them because they offered 1 day shipping, or so I thought. A few days later I still didn’t receive my contacts and was told that even though I paid for 1 day shipping, it was sent to ups priority 3-5 day shipping. Nobody informed me of this until I called lens discounters. I asked for a refund and they told me I they could not give me one since my contacts were shipped (but nobody knows where they are) I will never purchase from this company again.

A wonderful online contacts store to purchase from I strongly recommended this online store. I ordered a whole year supply of 1-day-Acuvue-moist-90-pack contacts for my daughter from Lensdiscounters.com and was surprised to find this company is the most efficient and has the fastest delivery service among others. I ordered on May 21st (including Dr. prescription) and received my order on May 25th. Wow! can't believe how prompt this store is, compared to my prior experience. Very very happy! Always great I'm always happy with the speed of service, the friendly emails and the fair prices. Have been every 6 months or so since 2009. All my lens wearing family shops here too now. I did experience a delay once however, this time around. I asked for an agent that I had dealt with before, and she gave me an honest, upfront answer regarding an issue/delay that affected my type of lens. Her attitude was pleasant to say the least and its this type of service that keeps me coming back. The order shipped in 4 days versus the 7 that she quoted from the time I called. I understand that these things happen from time to time, and I am totally fine with it. Thanks
