Great prices - amazing service Six months ago I ordered a six month supply of lenses from LensDiscounters because they had the best price on my brand. Yesterday just as I was thinking that it was about time to re-order, I received an email from LensDiscounters reminding me to do so. One click on the link and all I had to do was put in my payment information and I was ready to go. Super convenient! I paid for two day shipping, assuming that it really meant 3 - 5 days as is the case everywhere else, but my lenses showed up this morning! It's a small detail but I really like that LensDiscounters ships in secure packaging that isn't wasteful - the boxes of lenses fit snugly to avoid damage so there's not a ton of extra shipping material that just ends up getting tossed out.

Always great I'm always happy with the speed of service, the friendly emails and the fair prices. Have been every 6 months or so since 2009. All my lens wearing family shops here too now. I did experience a delay once however, this time around. I asked for an agent that I had dealt with before, and she gave me an honest, upfront answer regarding an issue/delay that affected my type of lens. Her attitude was pleasant to say the least and its this type of service that keeps me coming back. The order shipped in 4 days versus the 7 that she quoted from the time I called. I understand that these things happen from time to time, and I am totally fine with it. Thanks

Ripped me off Ordered my contacts through them because they offered 1 day shipping, or so I thought. A few days later I still didn’t receive my contacts and was told that even though I paid for 1 day shipping, it was sent to ups priority 3-5 day shipping. Nobody informed me of this until I called lens discounters. I asked for a refund and they told me I they could not give me one since my contacts were shipped (but nobody knows where they are) I will never purchase from this company again.
