I did experience a delay once however, this time around. I asked for an agent that I had dealt with before, and she gave me an honest, upfront answer regarding an issue/delay that affected my type of lens. Her attitude was pleasant to say the least and its this type of service that keeps me coming back. The order shipped in 4 days versus the 7 that she quoted from the time I called. Time and time again, I get the lenses I need from LensDiscounters.com. I was able to upload my photo and see an accurate size ration of the frames virtually on my face.
