GBI’ve been using one 800 contacts for… I’ve been using one 800 contacts for four years and twice in those four years they have randomly charged me for an eye exam and I do the eye exam every time I order, so you can never be sure if they’re gonna charge you $25 or $45 . Their customer service is really rude. They don’t understand why it’s happening either nor can they explain they just want to see what they can do to get me to leave them alone instead of explaining how their website works . They seem to not even know how it works which is why they’re avoiding the question.

GBJust The Best Every experience has been great so it's hard to narrow one event down. First, they actually answer the phone!! Like a live person! I've had some trouble with getting my contacts sent due to fault of my own and I've been in touch with the company daily for two weeks with both sides calling each other. They were so patient with me and did whatever necessary to resolve my issues. I've never ever had such a terrific company to work with and their customer service people are all so sweet and down to earth. Look forward to giving them my business for years to come

GBThe most annoying The most annoying advertisement. I've blocked all of them on YouTube, but new ads keep popping up 100 times a day. I don't need lenses; I've never worn lenses. Even if I were to need them, I would never use this annoying company. Improve your targeting.
