Used to be Good Now Ripoff First year using their service was great. However, once I got a new prescription with different eye measurements so I can order more contacts, they kept declining my orders or putting them on hold saying my prescription was "wrong" and didn't match what I ordered. I called them and they told me I could take their express exam which was another $20 on top of the over two hundred I already paid for my in person exam. My order was still on hold. I called them again and they told me I failed their express exam. What did they think was gonna happen if I tried taking an virtual eye exam through my CELLPHONE when I already have a prescription I paid a lot of money for?

Received defective contact lenses Received defective contact lenses. Each blister pack containing one lense was tried and NOT ONE worked. Either the prescription was wrong or not embedded correctly. Tried to call customer service and was trapped in an electronic loop trying to get me to accept a "FREE" medical alert pendant. Never got a human after hanging up and trying many many times so called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Just The Best Every experience has been great so it's hard to narrow one event down. First, they actually answer the phone!! Like a live person! I've had some trouble with getting my contacts sent due to fault of my own and I've been in touch with the company daily for two weeks with both sides calling each other. They were so patient with me and did whatever necessary to resolve my issues. I've never ever had such a terrific company to work with and their customer service people are all so sweet and down to earth. Look forward to giving them my business for years to come

Fraudsters They say you can get a rebate then claim they didn’t get the rebate paperwork in the mail. When asked for a new rebate form, they say the rebate has expired and offer a small credit on a new order. It’s theft.
