Very Pleased! Everything done online, so ordering an expensive rug was a leap of faith. There was also an extensive (10-12 week) wait time for the rug, but it was worth the wait. it's a lovely rug and fits my newly renovated room wonderfully. and my pet's love it too - the 100% wool rug is now their favorite place to nap!

Beautiful Moroccan rug! Great Service... Our beautiful vintage Moroccan rug arrived only five days after we placed the order. The website image matches the colors and condition. When we had an issue with or email address, a very nice person answered the phone and immediately helped fix the problem. We love Benisouk so much that we just ordered two poufs and can't wait to get them.

Beautiful Morroccan rug! I ordered a rug from Benisouk without knowing much about the company. I was extremely pleased with my experience. They have a huge inventory of beautiful handmade rugs, and our rug was delivered in just a few days. Their website shows numerous pictures of each item and our rug was exactly as pictured. I would definitely order from them again.

Perfect! I recently ordered a yellow, black, and white rug made by the Beni Ourain tribe. I am so pleased with it! I love the intensity of the colors, and it is made very well. The shipping and delivery was seamless and extremely fast considering it came all the way from Marrakech! I will definitely be purchasing another rug from Benisouk in the future.

Does not match pictures and non-existant support Benisouk gets an extra bad review for their lack of customer service. It started with the shipment when there was no notification of how long it would take or that it would take over a month more than listed anywhere on their website (it took 2!) to receive my order. And then when one of the rugs arrived, the color was NOT as photographed in the image. Red vs. Pink is very different when you're designing a room and paying a lot of money for something. Since I emailed to inquire, they have stopped responding. Quality of the rug seems fine but the color is what I'm concerned about. Based on reading other reviews, if something goes wrong, good luck. It's a risk/cost you have to be willing to take.
