When we had an issue with or email address, a very nice person answered the phone and immediately helped fix the problem. We love Benisouk so much that we just ordered two poufs and can't wait to get them.

So happy with these! The pillows are beautiful, luxurious yet sturdy. Incredible craftspersonship— so well made, they will last years, if not generations. The colors were just as pictured on the website, so choosing was easy, and they fit perfectly in our home. It took a little longer than other online sources for decor such as Anthropologie or Pottery Barn but so worth the wait. The quality is greatly superior to anything I’ve seen at those retailers. Feels good to support a real person rather than a machine.
