We cannot be happier having the most beautiful rug in our living room! Receiving such a beautiful rug was worth the wait! We couldn't be happier with how our living room looks now. BENISOUK was a very professional and trustworthy company. The pictures on the website were very helpful for us to have a good idea of the final product. We are pleased and happy to be able to have a piece of art in our home.

One of a kind The description, photos and background story really helped sell me on the rug without even seeing in person. Shipping was fast and the rug arrived in good condition. It is really beautiful and the vibrant colors bring my living room to life. Because it is vintage condition, I found a couple hairs on it. Regardless, I really liked the rug and would rather purchase a vintage piece than new production from a generic store.

Beautiful Morroccan rug! I ordered a rug from Benisouk without knowing much about the company. I was extremely pleased with my experience. They have a huge inventory of beautiful handmade rugs, and our rug was delivered in just a few days. Their website shows numerous pictures of each item and our rug was exactly as pictured. I would definitely order from them again.

Does not match pictures and non-existant support Benisouk gets an extra bad review for their lack of customer service. It started with the shipment when there was no notification of how long it would take or that it would take over a month more than listed anywhere on their website (it took 2!) to receive my order. And then when one of the rugs arrived, the color was NOT as photographed in the image. Red vs. Pink is very different when you're designing a room and paying a lot of money for something. Since I emailed to inquire, they have stopped responding. Quality of the rug seems fine but the color is what I'm concerned about. Based on reading other reviews, if something goes wrong, good luck. It's a risk/cost you have to be willing to take.

It felt risky to buy a vintage rug… It felt risky to buy a vintage rug online and I had trouble choosing. They were very responsive and gave me further information about the rugs I was considering. When I chose my rug, it was absolutely beautiful when it arrived. We love it, so unique, soft and vibrant. Would love to get another rug from Benisouk !
