Understanding that while this rug is durable, it’s also important to note how easily the dye can be removed or can bleed. Found this out after dog had small accident on it. Typical. Otherwise it is a lovely, warm addition to my eclectic living room!

BENISOUK was a very professional and trustworthy company. The pictures on the website were very helpful for us to have a good idea of the final product. We are pleased and happy to be able to have a piece of art in our home.

Once a skeptic, now a fanatic! I've frankly been burned by social media ads in the past but took another shot with benisouk. Boy was I surprised! I needed different cushions for a new leather sofa and these that arrived are perfect!! Gorgeous and subtle texture in the weave and dye, stunning tribal patterns, rich to the touch - I couldn't believe this find. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Does not match pictures and non-existant support Benisouk gets an extra bad review for their lack of customer service. It started with the shipment when there was no notification of how long it would take or that it would take over a month more than listed anywhere on their website (it took 2!) to receive my order. And then when one of the rugs arrived, the color was NOT as photographed in the image. Red vs. Pink is very different when you're designing a room and paying a lot of money for something. Since I emailed to inquire, they have stopped responding. Quality of the rug seems fine but the color is what I'm concerned about. Based on reading other reviews, if something goes wrong, good luck. It's a risk/cost you have to be willing to take.

One of a kind The description, photos and background story really helped sell me on the rug without even seeing in person. Shipping was fast and the rug arrived in good condition. It is really beautiful and the vibrant colors bring my living room to life. Because it is vintage condition, I found a couple hairs on it. Regardless, I really liked the rug and would rather purchase a vintage piece than new production from a generic store.
