GBSCAM ALERT!!! Designed by Memories appears to have disappointed many within the last several months. I’m guessing someone new took over or they just stopped caring. I’ve placed many orders from them in the past and have always been pleased with the product and receipt of product time-frame. Not this time; order #7102124 was purchased February 18th and to date I’ve received no product and no tracking information despite numerous requests for tracking and shipping details. Jessica Miller is the only person responding to emails it seems and claims to be the customer support team manager. If this information is true then I would also say, BUYER BEWARE - take your business elsewhere! Incredibly poor customer service and the team manager is rude as can be. It’s unfortunate that this company has started 2024 out by stealing money from people and disappointing with no product deliveries. I’m pretty sure the business is going under and they’re just taking people’s money at this point. Spare yourself the headache and do business with a trusted company.

GBBuyer beware I'm on day 28 since order date. Like many other reviews I was told order shipped but there is no tracking number. I have sent 4 email requests asking for any sort of update and they simply won't respond anymore. 1/31/2024 EDIT: Today I received my order. I will give credit where credit is due and I will acknowledge the product is excellent. I'm very happy with the canvas print I recieved. It took more than a month to recieve and was worth the wait but it would be far better for everyone involved to be straight forward from the beginning about order times. Customer service response time could also improve.

GBThe WORST Customer Support Manager… The WORST Customer Support Manager EVER! I ordered mid March for a picture to be used in a wedding reception. I can understand a delay of if a contractor fail which I was notified they did. Sadly, disappointing and near unforgivable, the customer service manager has failed epically, and unapologetically after approving the preview at least four times and dispute a promise to get it in the mail two weeks ago, I STILL DO NOT HAVE the product to be given as a wedding gift and use for the reception and wedding held last weekend. The product this company offers is beautiful but the customer service manage only makes snide remarks projecting any responsibility toward herself toward me for feeling disappointed. The last communication I made was either get the product in mail or refund the money immediately. I held out a small ray of hope, the product would arrive before I left, but it didn’t. If anyone in authority over this heartless wretch sees this, I hope they will contact me. I’d love for him to see the email thread and how callus and unfeeling she is. There is NO SUPPORT and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess I’ll have to file fraud with my bank to get my money back.

GBPoor photo made great! I had a photo that really wasn't the best. I never gave instructions on cropping or zooming but your magicians made the most beautiful picture from it! I couldn't be happier.. Thanks so much!

GBWas looking for a unique wedding gift… Was looking for a unique wedding gift idea to accompany a cash gift. Felt that a Designed By Memories portrait would be perfect. A watercolor canvas was created from one of the couple’s business trip photos where they got engaged. The folks at DBM tweaked the design to my request and also took care of my ordering oversight without any problems. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. I think this beautiful canvas will be a nice addition to the couple’s home.
