GBGreat company. Great talent. Designed has done several watercolors of my parents. They have all turned out outstanding. Friends and family all remark how beautiful they look. They are very easy to work with, and are responsive to any changes I requested. I'm sure I'll have them do more as time goes by.

GBDo not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. Very poor customer service from Jessica Miller. Very insulting. they say they will sue me for theft because they shipped my canvas print but never received. I turned the problem over to my credit card company, who is investigating this company. My order was placed the end of January and never received.

GBI ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks… I ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks ago and followed up on it. I received an email from Jessica Miller Jessica Miller--the Customer Support Team Manager. The email asked my if I was a BLANK (F word) idiot--and said that I had done a charge back on the order and also said that she would report me to the fraud department. I called my credit card company and I did NOT do a charge back. I am completely blown away by the rudeness of Jessica Miller. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else and NEVER use Designed by Memories.

GBSCAM ALERT!!! Designed by Memories appears to have disappointed many within the last several months. I’m guessing someone new took over or they just stopped caring. I’ve placed many orders from them in the past and have always been pleased with the product and receipt of product time-frame. Not this time; order #7102124 was purchased February 18th and to date I’ve received no product and no tracking information despite numerous requests for tracking and shipping details. Jessica Miller is the only person responding to emails it seems and claims to be the customer support team manager. If this information is true then I would also say, BUYER BEWARE - take your business elsewhere! Incredibly poor customer service and the team manager is rude as can be. It’s unfortunate that this company has started 2024 out by stealing money from people and disappointing with no product deliveries. I’m pretty sure the business is going under and they’re just taking people’s money at this point. Spare yourself the headache and do business with a trusted company.
