I ordered 3 paintings from… I ordered 3 paintings from allpaintbynumbers.com on 4/10/20. Understand this is in the middle of the covid 19 crisis. My paintings should have arrived latest 5/25/20. That is processing time + 45 days for shipping. I was never able to track my shipping, although I received an email with tracking links. I used all methods of tracking with no results. I sent in 3 separate communications using both Email & messages off their website for contact. In each communication, I gave order numbers and a way to reach me. I have not heard back from any of my requests for information concerning my orders. Today I placed a dispute with my credit card used to place the orders. The company is out of stated to be out of New York on the website. Any response would have been greeted with appreciation and understanding. I believe this company may be a scam.

They blocked ME when I needed help I contacted AllPaintByNumbers to get help from support (help @ allpaintbynumbers.com, her name is Emily). The paint by number kit they sent me looked nothing like the photo I submitted. The colors were way off, the person had no eyes, etc. So I reached out for help. I emailed Emily a photo of the kit they sent me, which has my photo on there, and the actual photo to show her that they looked completely different. Emily said, go ahead and complete the painting, then send me the photo of the painting. I actually had already done the painting and it looked horrible. So I replied back with the painting I had completed, only to find that she blocked my email address! So, then I emailed her again, but through their email support page on their website, and said, "hey I tried to email you but for some reason my email is now blocked. I still need help." I never heard from them. So a few weeks later I tried to login to my account, and they deleted my entire account without any notice. Horrible customer support (basically non-existent), unwilling to help customers, and deleting my information without any acknowledgment is poor business.

Scam Scam! not a good company. I ordered early April 2020 and after a few weeks I received a tracking email which never showed any activity. I've emailed numerous times and received one response saying that "due to Covid, there will be delays" and then i sent several more emails with no response. The latest response from them was received early June 2020 and they gave a NEW tracking that still has not changed. I went ahead and reported the company disputed the charge with Paypal.

Expect to wait 2-4 months for your… Expect to wait 2-4 months for your order. This is coming from overseas (China). The service is awful. You will have little recourse, other than to go through your credit card company. They will blame Covid for all their issues. I received 1 order 4 months later. I received a custom order with a lot of errors. I have been emailing them, but it's been very difficult to get them to resolve.

I was very excited to find a painting… I was very excited to find a painting that had beautiful colors. I am very disappointed in the paint because it does dry out and I am constantly applying water and stirring the paint. As you can tell, I am currently painting the market because I was not ready till a month or so ago to do my 3rd painting. Thank you Joyce
